It’s our fourth week of our amazing guest specials whilst Matt is at the edinburgh fringe. This week Matt is joined by Welsh provocateur and comedy's sweetheart MORGAN REES. He’s here to tell our story from a ROMAN COMEDY, which probably be our only one ever. And t's one that Matt directed at University, called PSEUDOLUS. Miffsterious Circumstances!
PAUSE THE AENEID. That’s right, we’re giving the Aeneid a rest for a few weeks whilst Matt and Dan are separated during Edinburgh Fringe. MIFFS couldn’t just leave you podcastless, so we’ve roped in some special guests to help takes Dan’s place. First up, is the razor sharp Archie Maddocks! He’ll be helping Matt read ‘The Frogs’ an ancient Greek play about the god Dionysus and a slave travelling into the underworld to rescue a Euripides, a famous poet. Archie also discuss gives his opinion on Matts home town.
